Zhongzhukou Port Introduction
Zhongzhu Harbor is the main gateway port of Dongyin Island and an important transportation hub for traveling between the northern and southern sea areas. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one side, the natural terrain provides effective shielding, which significantly reduces the impact of the northeast monsoon and sea waves. Therefore, since the wartime period, it has been a critical military and supply base on the island. Today, Zhongzhu Harbor has become the first stop for travelers entering and exiting Dongyin, with the surrounding area including waiting spaces, transportation connection points, and shops, serving as the core starting point for overall island tourism.
