To the north of our township, the Zhuoshui River separates us from Zhutu Township in Changhua County. Due to the elevated riverbed on the southern bank, many local residents rent sand banks from the river authority for agriculture, with the area being famous for producing high-quality watermelons known throughout Taiwan. Here, I would like to introduce you to the sunset during dusk; it’s worthwhile to enjoy the sunset and see the golden hue reflecting on the water’s surface, which brings a unique feeling. Additionally, you can take a stroll along the riverbank, with the best stretch being between Yizhuang Village and Yangxian Village. This attraction can also be combined with the Sifandi Natural Health Trail and the surrounding bicycle path of the future health trail, making it suitable for family and friends to spend a day outdoors together.

Erlun Zhuoshui Sunset Introduction

This area is located north of the township, separated from Zhutang Township in Changhua County by the Zhuoshui River. Due to the riverbed on the south bank being higher than the usual water level, many locals rent sandbars from the River Bureau to cultivate crops, particularly known for producing high-quality watermelons famous throughout Taiwan. Here, I would like to recommend visiting during sunset; you can enjoy the view of the golden-hued rays reflecting on the water, which provides a unique experience. Additionally, you can take a walk along the riverbanks, with the best section located between Yizhuang Village and Yangxian Village. This spot can also be paired with the Sifan Natural Health Trail and the surrounding bicycle trail of the Future Health Trail, making it suitable for the whole family or friends to enjoy an outing together.
