Yue'e Duck Meat has over twenty years of history, meticulously following traditional methods from selecting the ducks to the herbal ingredients used in the braising. They use ducks raised for around 70-80 days, slaughtered and sold on the same day. The broth is characterized by a red-head flavor enhancement, where the red-head is sautéed daily in duck oil for aroma.
