Yue E Duck Meat Introduction

Yue'e Duck has a history of over twenty years, with every step from selecting the ducks to the herbal ingredients used in the braised dishes following traditional methods. They use ducks raised for about 70 to 80 days, and the ducks are freshly slaughtered and sold on the same day. The soup is characterized by the use of red-headed spices, which are sautéed daily using duck fat for flavor.
