One Piece Coffee Farm Introduction
The mountain breeze carries the aroma of coffee, and the Yi Pin Coffee Estate, transformed from an old house, is located on Dongzi Peak. "Yi Pin" signifies the estate's endless pursuit of coffee quality, insisting on picking perfectly ripe coffee cherries to ensure that every bean reaches its best state. Whether sun-dried, honey-processed, or washed, the hope is that each cup of heartwarming specialty coffee brings rich layers of flavor. The boutique coffee bean estate originated from a simple inspiration: the owner's mother's love for coffee inspired the father to delve into the world of coffee tree cultivation. The coffee garden on Dongzi Peak is shrouded in fog during the afternoon, and the significant temperature difference between day and night contributes to the rich and mellow flavors accumulated by the slowly ripening coffee fruit. Through collaborative efforts, Yi Pin Coffee Estate gradually began to stand out in the field, and eventually, the owner earned honors as a post-harvest specialist and quality assessor from the Specialty Coffee Association of America. The estate's logo is a tribute to the encounter with the residents of the mountains. The owner’s father not only carefully nurtures the high-altitude coffee garden that supports the family but also cares for the insects and animals on this land. In the estate, one can see colorful butterflies dancing in the air and often encounter the Taiwan Blue Magpie, Formosan Rock Macaque, and various mountain wildlife.
