Fenglian Temple Introduction
In the 58th year of the Republic (1969), a local benefactor with the surname He donated the land for the temple foundation and gathered local gentry to discuss and promote fundraising for the construction of the Fenglian Temple (Fenglian Gong), dedicated to Guanyin. Mr. He Youjia was appointed as the manager. The main deity of this temple is Guanyin, accompanied by the gods of agriculture, childbirth, the Duke of Yanping, and the God of Wealth. After renovations were completed in the 95th year of the Republic (2006), a Wenchang Hall was added next to the temple, housing the deities Wenchang Dijun, Guan Sheng Dijun, and the God of Literature and Wealth.
