Fenglian Temple Introduction
In the year 1969 of the Republic, the local benefactor donated land for the temple foundation, and gathered local gentlemen to discuss and collaborate in fundraising to construct the Fonglian Temple, dedicated to Guanyin. Mr. He Youjia served as the manager. The main deity worshipped in this temple is Guanyin Bodhisattva, with accompanying deities including the God of Grains, the Goddess of Birth, King Yanping, and the God of Wealth. After renovations completed in 2006, a Wenchang Hall was added beside the temple, enshrining Wenchang Dijun, Guandi, and the God of Literature and Wealth.
