The First Eel Wave Workshop is located in Kouhu Township and was founded by Mr. Zhuang Guoxian and Ms. Yan Zhuying. It is the first eel farming facility in Yunlin County. After years of farming research, they finally produced the delicate and tender flower eel, which has passed the product traceability certification and is exported to Japan.
