Qiaozi Settlement Introduction
Qiaozai Village is located on the southeastern side of Beigan Island, near Baisha Harbor. It is a traditional village built along the mountains and by the sea. The village is famous for its granite stone houses, narrow alleys, and tiered settlement outlines, showcasing the lifestyle of early Matsu residents adapting to the island environment. The old houses, stone walls, and traditional landscapes within the village are well-preserved, allowing visitors to experience the simple lifestyle of Beigan. It is also an excellent spot to overlook the sea surface of Baisha Harbor from the village, making it a perfect place to experience local culture and customs.
