Dapu Rock Carvings Introduction
The Dapu Stone Tablet is located at the southernmost tip of Dongju Island and is a designated county-level historic site in Matsu. The inscriptions on the rock face record the historical achievement of the Ming Dynasty general Shen Yourong in resisting Japanese pirates, serving as an important witness to the war culture of Matsu.
