Liu Ying is known as the hometown of milk and is a rural village. Every day, many milk trucks arrive in the dairy farming area to collect milk. In the past, water buffalo were often seen working in the fields, which has created a unique emotional connection to these animals in the local community. Due to the changes in times, the use of water buffalo for farming has gradually become a historical scene. Many water buffalo are aging and retiring along with many older farmers. To provide a place for the elderly buffalo to spend their twilight years, a home for old buffalo has been established.
