Fusha Dajiyu Trail Introduction

Fusha Daqi Trail was officially opened on May 1, 2012. This century-old trail in Hengshan Township served as a shortcut for the villagers of Fuxing to go to school and the market. It features a path made of dirt and wooden planks. However, several years ago, heavy rainfall caused a section near Shakeng Elementary School to collapse, making it difficult to navigate. School teachers even undertook DIY repairs to facilitate students' commute and outdoor teaching. After careful planning and renovation, Fusha Daqi Trail has emerged with a brand-new look. Not only does it evoke memories for the villagers of both Fuxing and Shakeng, but the trail also winds along the mountain ridges, surrounded by lush trees and rich ecology, making it an excellent destination for leisure hiking.

Address：No. 25, Zhuhua 30th Road, Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

Transportation Methods：For southbound traffic on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Guanxi Interchange, turn left into Guanxi Township, continue straight until you see 85°C on the left, then turn left and at the end turn right. Continue straight until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Provincial Highway No. 3. Turn right towards Hengshan and drive 66 kilometers until you see an OK Convenience Store on the left, then turn left into Zhu 30th Road and drive 1.5 kilometers. For northbound traffic on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Zhudong/Xiulung Interchange, keep to the right towards Zhudong and follow Route 120 straight to the end, then turn left to connect with Provincial Highway No. 3. Continue on Provincial Highway No. 3 until you reach 68 kilometers, then turn right towards Zhu 31st Road and drive 2 kilometers.
