Fushadak Trail Introduction

The Fushadaqi Trail was officially opened on May 1, 2012. This century-old trail in Hengshan Township was once a shortcut for residents of Fuxing Village to go to school and the market. It features a dirt and wooden plank walkway. A few years ago, heavy rain caused a section near Shakeng Elementary School to collapse, making it difficult to traverse. Teachers at the school even undertook DIY repairs to facilitate students' commuting and outdoor education. After careful planning and renovation, the Fushadaqi Trail has emerged with a brand new appearance, evoking memories of the past for the villagers of Fuxing and Shakeng. The trail winds through the ridgeline, surrounded by lush forests and rich ecology, making it a great place for leisure hiking.

Address：No. 25, Zhu 30th Road, Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County

Transportation Methods：For southbound on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Guanxi Interchange, turn left into Guanxi Township, go straight until you see 85°C on the left, turn left at the end and then right, continue straight to the Taiwan Highway No. 3, turn right towards Hengshan for 66 kilometers, by the traffic lights you will see an OK convenience store, turn left into Zhu 30 Road for 1.5 kilometers. For northbound on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Zhudong/Xionglin Interchange, stay right and head towards Zhudong, go straight to the end of Route 120 -> turn left to connect to Taiwan Highway No. 3, continue on Taiwan Highway No. 3 until you reach 68 kilometers, then turn right onto Zhu 31 Road for 2 kilometers.
