Fushan Daqi Trail Introduction

Fusha Daqi Trail was officially opened on May 1, 2012. This century-old trail in Hengshan Township served as a shortcut for residents of Fuxing Village to go to school and the market. It is an ancient path made of dirt and wooden boards. A few years ago, heavy rainfall caused a collapse near Shakeng Elementary School, making it difficult to traverse. Teachers from the school even undertook DIY repairs to facilitate student commutes and outdoor teaching activities. After careful planning and renovations, Fusha Daqi Trail has now been revitalized, rekindling the memories of the residents from Fuxing and Shakeng. The trail meanders along the mountain ridges, surrounded by lush forests and rich ecology, making it a great spot for leisure hiking.

Address：No. 25, Zhukeng 30th Road, Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County

Transportation Methods：Southbound on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Guanxi Interchange and turn left into Guanxi Township. Go straight until you see 85°C on the left, turn left and then right at the end. Continue straight until you reach National Route 3, then turn right towards Hengshan. At 66 kilometers, next to the traffic lights you will see an OK Convenience Store, turn left into Zhu 30th Road for 1.5 kilometers. Northbound on National Freeway No. 2: Exit at the Zhudong/Qionglin Interchange, keep right towards Zhudong, continue straight on Route 120 until the end -> turn left to connect to National Route 3. Go straight on National Route 3 until 68 kilometers, then turn right onto Zhu 31st Road for 2 kilometers.
