Fousha Daqi Trail Introduction
Fusha Daqi Trail was officially opened on May 1, 2012. This century-old trail in Hengshan Township served as a shortcut for the residents of Fuxing Village to go to school and the market. It is an ancient path paved with dirt and wooden planks. However, a heavy rain a few years ago caused partial collapse near Shakeng Elementary School, hindering access. The school's teachers even undertook DIY repairs to facilitate students' commuting and outdoor teaching. After careful planning and refurbishment, the Fusha Daqi Trail has taken on a brand-new appearance, evoking nostalgia for the villagers of Fuxing and Shakeng. The trail meanders along the mountain ridge, surrounded by lush trees and rich ecology, making it a great place for leisure hiking.
