The owner, Chen Ching-shiu, learned to make handmade quilts from his father since childhood, paying close attention to every detail. The process involves several complex steps, including opening the cotton, laying cotton, rolling cotton, compressing and screening, and pulling yarn. To make one handmade quilt, it takes at least three hours. Chen Ching-shiu sews the words "Special Quality" with red thread into the quilt and prints the store's phone number and address, representing a guarantee of the quilt's quality. In modern times, such persistence and dedication have become rare.
