The "1314 Viewing Platform" is located at the highest point of Haishou Mountain, reaching an elevation of 1,311 meters. With the height of the viewing platform, it totals 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "one lifetime, one world," making it a favorite spot for couples to take pictures. It offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is the filming location for the famous advertisement of Yu Tea House. Visitors can enjoy the sprawling tea plantations and distant mountains, and on clear days, can also gaze at the scenery of nearby counties and cities. This spot is excellent for viewing sunrises, sea of clouds, and night views. In good weather, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, one can look east towards Caoling Dabang Mountain and overlook the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the night view of Chiayi City is also visible.

It has become a popular spot for couples to take pictures. The platform offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is the filming location for the well-known advertisement of Yu Tea Garden. Visitors can enjoy the sprawling tea gardens and distant mountain ranges, and on clear days, the scenery of surrounding counties and cities can also be seen. This is also an excellent place to watch the sunrise, sea of clouds, and nighttime views. On good weather days, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, you can look east to see the Caoling Mountain and overlook the entire view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the cityscape of Chiayi can be seen.

Address：1314 Scenic Lookout, Ruifeng Village, Meishan Township, Chiayi County 603, Taiwan

Transportation Methods：At the 37.8K marker of County Road 162, take the Chiayi Bus 7315 from Chiayi to Ruifeng: get off at the Dingpu Station. (There are two trips each way daily.) After getting off, walk back 200 meters to the fork on County Road 162. You will see signs pointing towards "Observation Pavilion" and "Wanshou Mountain Tea Garden." Follow the signs and walk uphill for 2 kilometers to reach the Hai Shu Mountain 1314 Observation Deck.
