The "1314 Viewing Platform" is located at the highest point of Haishu Mountain, with an elevation of 1,311 meters, and when combined with the height of the platform, it reaches exactly 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "forever." It has become a popular photo spot for couples. With a 360-degree unobstructed view, it is also the filming location for the well-known advertisement of Yu Cha Yuan. Visitors can enjoy the rolling tea plantations and distant mountains, and on clear days, the scenery of the surrounding counties and cities can be seen. This is also an excellent place to watch the sunrise, sea of clouds, and night views. On clear days, the 1314 Viewing Platform offers a view of Caoling Mountain to the east and a panoramic view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the night view of Chiayi City can also be seen.

Including the height of the platform, it reaches exactly 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "a lifetime" and becoming a favorite photo spot for couples. It offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is known as the filming location for the famous advertisement "Yu Cha Yuan." Visitors can enjoy the endless tea plantations and distant mountains, and on clear days, they can also gaze at the scenery of nearby counties and cities. This spot is also an excellent location for watching the sunrise, sea of clouds, and night views. On good weather days, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, you can look east towards Caoling Great Collapse Mountain and gaze south at the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village. At night, the city lights of Chiayi can also be seen.

Transportation Methods：At the 37.8K mark of County Road 162, take bus 7315 from Chiayi to Ruifeng: get off at the Toupu Station (two round trips daily). After getting off, walk back 200 meters to the intersection at the 37.8K mark of County Road 162 where you can see signs to "Observation Pavilion" and "Wanshou Mountain Tea Garden." Follow the signs and walk 2 kilometers to reach the Haishu Mountain 1314 Observation Deck.
