The "1314 Viewing Platform" is located at the highest point of Haishu Mountain, with an elevation of 1,311 meters. When combined with the height of the platform, it reaches exactly 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "forever and always," making it a popular photo spot for couples. It offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is also known as the filming location for the famous advertisement of Yu Cha Yuan. Visitors can enjoy the rolling tea fields and distant mountains, and on clear days, the beauty of the surrounding counties and cities can also be observed. This spot is also a great place to admire the sunrise, sea of clouds, and night views. On good weather days, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, one can look east to see Caoling Dabang Mountain and overlook the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the night view of Chiayi City can also be seen.

This location is also an excellent spot to watch the sunrise, sea of clouds, and nighttime scenery. When the weather is good, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, one can look east to Chaoling Big Collapse Mountain and south to take in the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village. At night, the city lights of Chiayi can also be seen.

Transportation Methods：At the 37.8K mark of County Road 162, take bus 7315 from Chiayi to Ruifeng: board at Chiayi and get off at Tanpu Station. (There are two round trips every day.) After getting off, walk back 200 meters, and at the intersection at the 37.8K mark of County Road 162, you will see signs pointing to "Viewing Pavilion" and "Wanshou Mountain Tea Garden." Follow the signs and walk 2 kilometers to reach the Hai Shu Mountain 1314 Viewing Platform.
