The highest point of Haishu Mountain is 1,311 meters above sea level. On clear days, you can enjoy views of Caoling Great Landslide to the east from the 1314 Viewing Platform, and overlook the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the city lights of Chiayi can also be seen.

Transportation Methods：At 37.8K of County Route 162, Chiayi County Bus 7315 Chiayi—Ruifeng: Take the bus from Chiayi and get off at the Tienpu Station. (There are two round trips each day) After getting off, walk back 200 meters, and at the fork in the road at 37.8K of County Route 162, you will see signs pointing towards "Observation Pavilion" and "Wanshou Mountain Tea Garden." Follow the signs and walk for 2 kilometers to reach the Haishut Mountain 1314 Observation Deck.
