The "1314 Viewing Platform" is located at the highest point of Haishu Mountain, with an elevation of 1,311 meters, making the total height of the platform exactly 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "Forever and Always." It has become a popular spot for couples to take photos. The platform offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is known as a filming location for the famous advertisement - O-Cha Garden. Visitors can enjoy the endless expanses of tea plantations and the distant mountain ranges, and on clear days, they can also see the scenery of nearby counties and cities. This is also an excellent location to admire sunrises, seas of clouds, and night views. On good weather days, the platform provides an eastward view of Caoling Big Bang Mountain and a southern overlook of the entire Ruifeng Village. At night, the night view of Chiayi City can also be seen.

It offers a 360-degree unobstructed view and is famous as the filming location for the well-known advertisement for Yu Chayuan. Visitors can enjoy the expansive tea plantations and distant mountains, and on clear days, can gaze at the scenery of nearby counties and cities. This location is also an excellent spot to admire sunrises, sea of clouds, and night views. In good weather, from the 1314 Viewing Platform, one can look east towards Caoling Big Collapse Mountain and overlook the panoramic view of Ruifeng Village to the south. At night, the city lights of Chiayi City can also be seen.

Transportation Methods：At 37.8K of County Route 162, Chiayi County Bus 7315 Chiayi - Ruifeng: Take the bus from Chiayi and get off at the Tianpu Station. (There are two round trips daily.) After getting off, walk back 200 meters, and at the junction on County Route 162 at 37.8K, you can see signs pointing to "Observation Pavilion" and "Wanshou Mountain Tea Plantation." Follow the signs and walk 2 kilometers uphill to reach the Haishu Mountain 1314 Observation Deck.
