Wind Power Generation Introduction
Four wind turbines imported from Denmark stand tall at the estuary of the Zhuoshui River, reaching a height of 45 meters with a blade diameter of 47 meters. They respond to the wind with a whirring sound. Although the economic benefits are not high, they are currently a focus of the government's promotion of green energy. This site attracts groups from places like Taoyuan, Miaoli, Hsinchu, and Pingtung, who are interested in developing wind power. It is also a popular photo spot for temple activity processions in coastal areas and serves as a great outdoor education location for elementary school students from nearby counties.
