Wind Power Generation Introduction
Four wind turbines imported from Denmark stand tall at the mouth of the Zhuoshui River, reaching a height of 45 meters with a blade diameter of 47 meters, producing a whistling sound as they face the wind. Although the economic benefits are not high, they are currently a key target for the government's promotion of green energy. This site attracts local officials from Taoyuan, Miaoli, Hsinchu, Pingtung, and other cities interested in building wind power facilities, and it has become a popular spot for temple festival groups in coastal areas to take photos. It is also an excellent place for outdoor education for elementary school students from neighboring counties and cities.
