Wind Power Generation Introduction
Four wind turbines imported from Denmark stand tall at the mouth of the Zhuoshui River in the northern bank, reaching a height of 45 meters with a blade diameter of 47 meters, producing a whirring sound as they face the wind. Although the economic benefits are not high, they are currently a target for the government's strong promotion of green energy. This site attracts delegations from Taoyuan, Miaoli, Hsinchu, Pingtung, and other counties and cities interested in establishing wind power generation. It has become a must-visit photo spot for incense-transporting groups during coastal temple fairs and a great location for outdoor teaching for elementary school students from neighboring counties and cities.
