Budai Township has two Jiaying Temples: the Budai Jiaying Temple, which has the custom of "burning king boats," and the Xinwen Jiaying Temple, which holds the annual "Chongshuilu Welcoming King" event. The Budai Jiaying Temple worships the Nine Dragons’ Three Princes, and during the rituals for peace and the temple fair, a grand "burning king boat" ceremony is held, attracting many visitors for pilgrimage. When visiting the Budai Jiaying Temple, it’s also worth checking out the "Prince Chokan's Landing Commemoration Monument" located a short walk down the alley, as well as the "Budai 543 Story Museum," to experience the rich history and development of Budai over the centuries.

One is the Budai Kuan Kung Temple, known for the "Burning of the King Ship" custom, while the other is the Sinwan Kuan Kung Temple, which organizes the "Waterway Welcome Ceremony for the King" every year. The Budai Kuan Kung Temple worships the Three Lords of Kowloon, and during the rituals for peace offerings, a grand ceremony of "Burning the King Ship" is held, which often attracts many visitors for pilgrimage. When visiting the Budai Kuan Kung Temple to offer incense, it's also worth exploring the nearby alley where the "Prince Regal Memorial Monument of Japan" is located, as well as the "Budai 543 Story Museum," to experience the history and development of Budai over the centuries.
