Wanta Bike Path Introduction
The beauty of the Cape Sibei Lighthouse is surrounded by the bike path, coast, and fields of the North Coast, where one can discover breathtaking mountain and sea hidden gems along the way. The bike path connecting Baisha Bay and Cape Fugui Lighthouse is approximately 3 kilometers long, progressing along Taiwan Route 2, with the ocean accompanying us on the journey. The two wheels lead us deep into Taiwan's northernmost territory, passing by scenic spots such as Shimen Wedding Plaza, Fuguijiao Fishing Port, and Fugui Cape Park. The YouBike station at Baisha Bay is located in the left parking lot of the “Misty Cape Sibei Blue Point.” The Cape Sibei Blue Point is not only a popular café for photography but also serves as an information station for tourists. At Fugui Cape, next to the fishing port, one can circle the cape through the ring road, passing by the Wind Art Camp to experience DIY kite-making and the octagonal Fugui Cape Lighthouse. The plant ecology and landscape along the trail are also worth appreciating. Walking into the coastal wooden plank road allows direct access to the beach, and if you visit between March and May, you can witness the dreamy green stone trough landscape, which is the most beautiful seasonal scene on this beach.
