Baisha Bay Visitor Center Introduction
Located next to the entrance of Baisha Bay, the North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration has the Baisha Bay Visitor Center, which was officially established in 2002, making it the 11th national scenic area in Taiwan. The overall architectural design differs from typical planning, with layered structures and gentle slopes connecting the parking lot, plaza, and beach activities, reducing the visual height of the building. It offers rooftop lawns and platform activity spaces, improving the traditional binary relationship between people, landscape, and architecture, allowing the building to integrate into the landscape like a big tree or rock, showcasing a strong ecological concept. Upon entering the visitor center, friendly and enthusiastic staff greet you and provide assistance, making visitors feel warm and welcomed. This center offers a wealth of travel information, publications, and multimedia explanation services, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the North Coast and Guanyinshan while making your trip more enjoyable and comfortable.
