Xinkang Seafood Restaurant Introduction
Xingang Seafood is located in Aodi Village, Gongliao District, New Taipei City, nestled between mountains and the sea, rich in natural marine resources. Established in 1959 by the first-generation chef Wu Lian-zhen, Xingang Seafood has upheld the spirit of "freshness as the foundation of cooking" for many years. After the second generation took over, they not only inherited the original flavors but also traveled to Japan to study the essence of Japanese seafood cuisine, blending the culinary strengths of both Taiwan and Japan to elevate the dining experience at Xingang Seafood. To provide top-notch delicacies, there is no traditional menu; the owner suggests dishes based on the freshest ingredients of the day, ensuring the freshest cuisine! Signature dishes include braised eel in vinegar, seaweed soup, and fried squid, among others.
