Xingang Seafood is located in Aodi Village, Gongliao District, New Taipei City, nestled between the mountains and the sea, rich in natural marine resources. Xingang Seafood was founded in 1959 by the first-generation chef Wu Lian-zhen and has adhered to the spirit of "freshness is the foundation of cuisine" for many years. After the second-generation heir took over management, they not only inherited the original flavors but also traveled to Japan to study the essence of Japanese seafood cuisine, blending the culinary strengths of Taiwan and Japan to elevate the cooking temperature of Xingang Seafood.
