Xingang Seafood is located in Aodi Village, Gongliao District, New Taipei City, surrounded by mountains and sea, rich in natural marine resources. Xingang Seafood was established in 1959 by the first-generation Chef Wu Lian-Zhen. Over the years, it has adhered to the philosophy of "freshness as the foundation of cooking." After the second generation took over the management, they not only preserved the original flavors but also traveled to Japan to study the essence of Japanese seafood cuisine. By blending the culinary strengths of Taiwan and Japan, they have elevated the cooking standards at Xingang Seafood. To provide top-quality flavors, there is no traditional fixed menu; the owner recommends dishes based on the freshest ingredients of the day, ensuring the freshest culinary experience!
