What's even more special is the handsome young boss wearing a headscarf, who, despite his youth, has 20 years of experience; and the flavors of the egg pancakes here are exceptional. While typical egg pancakes are made with a thin layer of batter and just scallions, here, they are made from scratch using a special dough recipe. The filling is quite rich, including ingredients like cabbage, ground pork, and shredded radish.
