The clam soup buns at Hazaihui have been crowned the "best fresh food in the world" online, as each neatly made bun contains at least 20 pieces of clam meat. Lin Zhufei mentioned that the clam ponds in the Taixi area often use a mixed-culture method, utilizing the foraging characteristics of clams feeding on plankton and fish and shrimp feeding on algae to create maximum economic value. She has developed a lively seafood snack menu using clams, milkfish, brine shrimp, and fresh oysters raised in her own fish ponds.
