A-Mei's Dinbei Soup Introduction
"Ah Mei's Store," located on the 2nd floor of the Lion Market in Jieshou Village, is a famous restaurant in Matsu for Ding Bian Hu, a traditional dish of Fuzhou people. Ding Bian Hu is made by spreading rice slurry along the edge of a pot of broth and cooking it until it's done.
