Hsiao Ru-Song Art Park Introduction
Since the passing of Teacher Hsiao Jui-sung in 1992, his former residence has been left unmanaged for a long time, resulting in years of vacancy and neglect, turning this historical site into a ruin. After the Hsinchu County Cultural Affairs Bureau took over, they actively planned the "Hsiao Ruisung Art Park" and established a preparatory committee in May 2004, inviting scholars, experts, and local dignitaries for discussions. Through the research, review, and restructuring by scholars and experts, the original appearance of "Hsiao Ruisung's Former Residence" was restored. Today, the former residence has been revitalized, and the surrounding old dormitories have been renovated. Following a "public-private partnership" or "public construction" model, a public tender was completed, and after finishing the interior construction in 2008, it was transferred to a private enterprise—Ming Quan Art Museum—as a managing trustee.
