E-He Organic Farm Introduction
The operator of Yihe Garden, Chen Lilon, is the son-in-law of the Sofugu area. His long-developed characteristics as a technology person have allowed him to derive an "optimized" business model from the vegetable planting process. First, he employs "planned planting," where customers place orders for a four-month cycle with advance payments; planting only begins once the order is confirmed. As a result, when he delivers vegetables to subscribers weekly, the surplus vegetables in the farm do not exceed five packages, avoiding the problem of oversupply. Chen Lilon has diversified the management of this farm. He has promoted urban residents to come and farm in the countryside and has also offered a "Organic Vegetable Planting and Health Preservation" course at a community college, which was selected as an excellent academic course in the 99th year, attracting students from urban areas to come and plant vegetables, practice organic farming, and experience rural life. He later introduced a one-day or half-day "Agricultural Education Experience Camp," which can be organized for groups of 20 or more, drawing many farmers' associations, kindergartens, elder universities, and family groups to participate.
