Ginger Garden Leisure Park Introduction
Ginger Garden, located in Liyin Village of Dahu Township, Miaoli County, is part of the Guandao Mountain range, with an elevation of 500 to over 800 meters. It lies at the border of Dahu Township and Sanyi Township, connected by County Road 130 from west to east, which links the Dahu Ginger Garden and the Sanyi Shuangtan recreational agricultural areas. Since the Qing Dynasty, due to special conditions such as terrain, soil quality, and climate, combined with the hard work and superior planting techniques and experiences of the ancestors, ginger has been widely cultivated here. Both in terms of quality and quantity, it has received praise from the government and the public, leading to the gradual formation of the name "Ginger Garden." This name has long been an officially recognized place name shared by the government and the public. The garden offers a rich variety of agricultural products available throughout the year, including strawberries, peaches, pears, sweet persimmons, citrus fruits, bamboo shoots, and ginger. Among these, ginger is particularly distinctive and representative of the community, available year-round, allowing visitors to enjoy ginger products at any time of the year when they visit Ginger Garden.
