Zhushan Sky Ladder Scenic Area (Ladder Suspension Bridge) Introduction
The "Zhushan Sky Ladder," the pioneer of domestic sky ladders, spans approximately 136 meters with a height difference of 20 meters. The slender bridge crosses the magnificent "Taiji Gorge." Here, visitors can take in the breathtaking views, looking down from above to see unusual rock formations, blue skies, waterfalls, and the stunning scenery of the gorge, which cultivates admiration for nature's craftsmanship. The Daan Mountain area of Zhushan features a canyon-shaped water flow, carved by the swift cuts of the Jiaozilia Creek through hard sandstone layers. The local Taiwanese saying "One step to the navel, two steps to the eyebrows" aptly describes the difficult roads in this area. The Nantou County Government has built a suspension bridge across the deep Taiji Gorge, allowing you to look down from the bridge and enjoy the breathtaking views of the canyon with its rock cliffs and flowing waterfalls, earning it the nickname "Western Taroko!" To experience the infinite charm of this beautiful Taiji area, hiking the sky ladder is highly recommended, which will leave you in awe and refresh your mind and body. Ticket information: - Full ticket: 200 NTD (can be offset against 150 NTD of park consumption). - Discount ticket: 80 NTD (can be offset against 50 NTD of park consumption).
