For a century, it's not just about nurturing trees. Taitung Soy Sauce was founded in 1911, starting with traditional hand-brewed black bean soy sauce. It has received the IF Design Award in Germany and the Flavor Award in Belgium, while also achieving international dual certifications in food safety with ISO 22000 and HACCP. In 2011, Taitung Soy Sauce was recognized as a tourist factory by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, upholding the tradition of educational culture, and hoping to let more people know about and enjoy the deliciousness of Taiwanese soy sauce, ensuring that the rich and aromatic taste is passed down through generations. It also aspires to move towards the next century.
