Pomegranate Station Introduction
The Shiliouban Legendary Pomegranate Station was opened in the 38th year of the Meiji era, originally known as Shiliouban Station. In the 1950s, it primarily served the demand for road bed material throughout the island. Currently, it is reduced to a flag stop on the Taiwan Railway Administration's longitudinalline, only accommodating commuter EMUs. The wooden station building and staff dormitory were built in the early post-war period.
