Linnei Tiensheng Temple Introduction
Tian Sheng Temple, built over 50 years ago to worship Guan Sheng Di Jun, is not only a religious center for the villagers but also a spacious and serene place where local residents relax and chat during the day, showcasing the cultural symbol of religion and everyday life in Linnei Township. The temple has a long history of more than fifty years, with Guan Sheng Di Jun, commonly known as Lord of Blessings, as the main deity. Throughout the year, various activities are held according to the seasons, with the most grand festival taking place on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, celebrating the birthday of Guan Sheng Di Jun. Tian Sheng Temple is located on the slope leading to Pillow Mountain, featuring a spacious courtyard that includes a basketball court. Two large trees stand on either side, providing a favorite shaded spot for visitors. The dense primeval forest behind the temple and in front lie an orange orchard. On the left side of the Maja bamboo grove is the habitat of the eight-colored bird, surrounded by tall trees, and the diverse bird species, including the eight-colored bird, enriches the ecological resources.
