Shigandang Introduction
The Shigandang located in Gancuo Village was established by the ancestors to protect the area and has a history of over three hundred years. The current structure was renovated by locals eighty years ago, and every year during the Dragon Boat Festival, performances are held to pay tribute. Next to Shigandang, there is an upside-down banyan tree with a majestic shape and lush foliage, which is also worshipped alongside Shigandang during the Dragon Boat Festival.
