Jiang Ji Doufu Ru Culture Museum Introduction
【Evaluation Validity Period: 2025/05/06~2028/05/05】The Cultural Museum was established from Chairman Chiang Chang-Han's affectionate memories of his family and the delicious flavor of fermented tofu. Over the course of sixty years, it records the bond with fermented tofu, allowing the public to experience the cherished flavor and cultural heritage while tasting and visiting. Founded in 1940 by Chiang Feng-Sheng, New Peng Lai Food Co., Ltd. has undergone sixty years of fermentation. The New Peng Lai Food Factory was officially established in 1965 and registered its trademark as "Chiang Ji." In 2004, it was formally renamed New Peng Lai Food Co., Ltd., entering a new era of corporate management. In 2007, it entered domestic chain channels with its own brand "Chiang Ji." In 2009, it actively participated in international food exhibitions, devoted to developing overseas market channels. In 2011, a new factory was built, introducing advanced soybean fermentation machinery to enhance food safety, hygiene, and research and development capabilities. In 2012, the "Chiang Ji Fermented Tofu Cultural Museum" was established to promote the cultural heritage of the fermentation jars through its exhibition space. With over sixty years of family experience, Chiang Ji expertly crafts various types of fermented tofu, marketing them worldwide and gaining acclaim both domestically and internationally.
