【Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/11/20~2026/11/19】【Excellent Validity Period: 2020/08/24~2023/08/23】"If a child eats from the same bento shop for five consecutive years, that shop must be very dedicated." Because of this opportunity, over the past thirty years, through hard work and overcoming numerous challenges, "Cadoliah" has become synonymous with healthy dining. The first Cadoliah fast-food store was established in 1981 in Zhonghua Road, Xinying City, Tainan City. This complex restaurant offered everything from fried chicken, hamburgers, and hand-pulled chicken to catering services, and it provided an unforgettable taste for the people of Xinying in the 1970s. In 1983, it was awarded the Excellent Hygiene Store certification by the Tainan County Health Bureau, emphasizing our commitment to health and safety since the early 1980s. In 1987, with the arrival of chain fast-food stores like Kung Chicken and McDonald's, Cadoliah transformed from a fast-food outlet to a specialty shop for quick meals, achieving success in Xinying with dishes like swordfish rice, chicken leg rice, and signature pork ribs. In 1997, "Cadoliah Food Co., Ltd." was officially established, with a factory set up in the Houbi District of Tainan City, beginning the production of ready-to-eat meal boxes. In 1998, we applied for HACCP preliminary guidance certification and passed the IS-9001 certification in 2001. In 2003, we expanded our factory to improve meal quality, allowing the maximum safe production capacity for catered meals to reach 13,000 servings. In 2012, a new factory was completed and officially put into operation in March of the same year, increasing the maximum safe production capacity for catered meals to 25,000 servings, with current daily production at approximately 10,000 servings. In 2014, we officially changed our name to "Cadoliah Food Co., Ltd." and established the "Cadoliah Food Story Museum" as a sightseeing factory. Our brand declaration is "Integrity, Quality Ingredients, Good Processes, Improvement, Sincerity, Dedication, Love, and Authenticity." The museum offers exquisite and healthy European-style buffet and bento options, features local farmers' specialty shops, parent-child hands-on courses, and agricultural education fields, making Cadoliah a guardian of health for all consumers. "With a kind heart, make good food" is our commitment. Every meal also cares for the health of each consumer, and through the establishment of this sightseeing factory, we hope to convey our dedication at Cadoliah.
