King Gate Food is located in the sightseeing factory - Cassia Dila Park in Luzhu, Taoyuan. The building resembles a halved log cake and is designed by the Japanese architectural team Taniguchi. It is an eco-friendly concept factory, utilizing the latest solar power technology along with waste heat and wastewater recovery systems. The factory fully implements 5S management and employs a temperature and humidity monitoring system to contribute to environmental sustainability. Inside the factory, visitors can see the actual scene of the main store in Nagasaki, Japan, as well as tour the fully open cake making process. It offers DIY course experiences and a gift purchase area, simultaneously educating visitors about cake knowledge, food safety, and the importance of ecological education through a soft guided tour, creating an alternative cake paradise.
