Kuan-Tau Beach Introduction
The coastal area at the boundary of Kuncun Beach and Snake Island features a rare square sea landscape found around the world. During spring and summer, the ocean currents change with the rising and falling tides, and the terrain of Snake Island separates the currents, resulting in waves from different directions overlapping to create a spectacle. The sunset here is breathtaking, making it one of Matsu's unique attractions, worth visiting to witness the beautiful evening glow at this corner of the world. When the tide recedes, the sandy pathway extending from Kuncun Beach to Snake Mountain becomes clearly visible, and the intertidal zone is rich in diverse ecosystems, serving as a "natural refrigerator" for the residents of West Juguang.
