Houli Environmental Park Introduction
Playful Guide ◼️ Lollipop and geometric shape design features in scenic landscapes. The Agricultural Department planned and constructed the Houli Environmental Park with a patchwork concept of flower fields, completing five scenic earth mounds in 2007. The park includes a 2-hectare flower sea area, a 3-hectare grassland area, an artificial ecological pond spanning 3,300 square meters (for the restoration of aquatic plants and fish), and a 1,200-meter-long flower viewing gravel trail. Through sowing and irrigation, the flower sea area and grassland area showcase vibrant displays of flowers such as yellow cosmos and zinnias, presenting different floral scenes. Standing on the earth mounds, visitors can enjoy gentle breezes and a panoramic view, which is refreshing. The landscape art featuring geometric and lollipop shapes can also be accessed through the flower pathway to the adjacent Houli Environmental Nursery, where various plants can be admired.
