Houli Eco Park Introduction
Play and Appreciation Guide ◼️ Lollipop and geometric shape themed landscape design. The Agriculture Department has planned and constructed the Houli Eco-Park with the concept of flower field patchwork, completing five landscape mounds in 2007. The park features a 2-hectare flower sea area, a 3-hectare grassland area, a 3,300 square meter artificial ecological pond (for the rehabilitation of aquatic plants and fish), and a 1,200-meter long flower viewing gravel trail, among other amenities. The flower sea and grassland areas are cultivated with sowing and irrigation, showcasing vibrant displays of golden marigolds and zinnias, presenting different floral landscapes. Standing on the mounds, one can enjoy the gentle breeze and panoramic views, feeling relaxed and peaceful. The landscape art featuring geometric and lollipop shapes can also be accessed via the flower corridor leading to the adjacent Houli Eco-Nursery, where various plantings can be admired.
