Houli Environmental Park Introduction
Experience Guide ◼️ Lollipop and geometric design features of the landscape. The Agricultural Bureau has planned and constructed the Holographic Environmental Park with the concept of flower field patchwork, completing five scenic earth mounds in 2007. It includes a 2-hectare flower sea area, a 3-hectare grassland area, a 3,300 square meter artificial ecological pond (for the rehabilitation of aquatic plants and fish and shrimp), and approximately 1,200 meters of gravel walking trails for flower viewing. Through seeding and irrigation, the flower sea area and grassland area showcase vibrant blooms of yellow cosmos and zinnias, presenting different floral sceneries. Standing on the earth mounds, one can enjoy a gentle breeze and an overview of the entire landscape, providing a sense of tranquility and joy. The geometric and lollipop-shaped landscape art can also be accessed via the flower corridor imagery leading to the nearby Hualien Environmental Nursery, where various plants can be appreciated.
