Beigang Craft Workshop Introduction
A century-old artistic town hidden in the alleyways! Once the old dormitory of the Tax Bureau, it is now known as the Beigang Township Craft Industry Center. Adjacent to the red-bricked pottery walls, it gathers local cultural and historical workers alongside traditional craft industries, radiating the delightful alley culture throughout Beigang City. The Beigang Craft Workshop, established in 1964, is located in the alley near Chaotian Temple, where the pottery walls can be found. It officially opened on December 20, 2013, and serves as a hub for the local religious craft industry of Beigang, preserving the rustic charm of the old houses from the 1950s while adding many artistic atmospheres. This attracts local craftsmen, cultural historians, and tourists who love historical and cultural travel to learn about the beauty of Beigang’s traditional and religious crafts.
