【Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/06/20~2026/06/19】Founded in 1965, Hsin Hsing Food Co., Ltd. is the predecessor of Fu Lu Shou Winery. In 1998, it officially transformed to engage in alcoholic beverage research and development, establishing "Fu Lu Shou International Alcohol Co., Ltd." at No. 11, Zhongshan Road, Gukeng Township, Yunlin County. In 2002, it officially obtained a winery license issued by the Ministry of Finance's Treasury Department. From 2003 to 2005, its rice wine and sorghum wine series passed the Ministry of Finance's "Quality Alcohol" certification standards, making it the first winery in Taiwan with dual quality certifications from the Ministry of Finance. In 2007, to achieve the dual vision of "manufacturing" and "tourism," it applied for guidance as a tourism factory from the Central Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, leading to the establishment of the Fu Lu Shou Wine Museum. Inside the museum, visitors can learn about the origins and development of the Fu Lu Shou Wine Museum, which is based on the concept of cherishing resources by using leftover rice for brewing. It introduces the daily lives of early farmers and explains the agricultural tools used by farmers during various seasons to strengthen local education significance, while also showcasing traditional rice wine distillation equipment over a century old. The museum primarily focuses on integrating the manufacturing process and culture of alcohol, correlating the value of wine with its "history." As wine enthusiasts often discuss "wine age," emphasizing its storage duration, a winery must possess vitality through historical inheritance. Good wine withstands the test of time, just as old traditions and artifacts do. Fu Lu Shou has established a tourism winery, offering DIY programs that possess educational and traditional significance for visitors. The tourism value is promising, and in the future, Fu Lu Shou Winery will uphold the philosophy of culture, inheritance, and service, continuing to share the vitality of the winery with everyone. ♦Excessive drinking is harmful to health♦♦Don’t drink and drive; don’t drive after drinking♦♦Drinking is prohibited for those under eighteen♦
