Located in a hilly terrain, Huben Township is situated to the south of Linnei Township. The ecological environment within the village is quite good, attracting the international conservation bird species, the Formosan Blue Magpie, which resides here every summer. In November during the winter, they leave Taiwan, leading to the township being referred to as the "Hometown of the Formosan Blue Magpie." In Huben Village, one can also spot other conservation bird species such as the Taiwan Blue Magpie, Taiwan Blue Pheasant, Black-crowned Night Heron, and the Collared Kingfisher. Additionally, there are plants like the Thunderflower and Dendrobium orchids. With the collaboration between the local community development association and the government, Huben Village has become an educational, tourism, and leisure eco-village within Linnei Township.

Hukeng Township, characterized by hilly terrain, is located south of Linnei Township. The ecological environment in the village is quite healthy, attracting international conservation bird species, particularly the Formosan Blue Magpie, during summer when they come to roost. In around November, they migrate away from Taiwan, earning it the nickname "Hometown of the Eight Colors Bird." Inside Hukeng Village, one can also spot conservational bird species such as the Formosan Blue Magpie, Taiwan Bamboo Partridge, Black-crowned Night Heron, and Malayan Kingfisher, as well as plants like the Thunder God Vine and Dendrobium orchids. With the combined efforts of the local community development association and the government, Hukeng Village has become an educational, tourism, and recreational eco-village within Linnei Township.
