Luben Township, characterized by its hilly terrain, is located south of Linnei Township. The ecological environment within the village is quite favorable, attracting the internationally protected migratory bird, the Formosan Blue Magpie, each summer. These birds depart Taiwan around November in winter, which is why the area is also known as the "Hometown of the Formosan Blue Magpie." In Luben Village, one can also spot various conservation bird species such as the Taiwan Blue Magpie, Blue Pheasant, Black-crowned Night Heron, and Mangrove Kingfisher. Additionally, plants like the Thunder God Vine and Dendrobium orchids can be found. With the combined efforts of the local community development association and the government, Luben Village has transformed into an educational, tourism, and leisure eco-village within Linnei Township.

Every summer, the international conservation bird species known as the Eight-color Pheasant arrives to inhabit the area, only to leave Taiwan around November in winter, earning it the nickname "Hometown of the Eight-color Pheasant." In Huben Village, one can also spot conservation bird species such as the Taiwan Blue Magpie, the Black-faced Spoonbill, and the Red Jade, along with plants like the Thunder God Vine and Dendrobium orchids. With the collaboration of the local community development association and government support, Huben Village has transformed into an educational, touristic, and recreational eco-village within Linnei Township.
