Shibi Ecological Leisure Area Introduction
Shibi, located approximately 20 minutes by car from the Caoling Image Business District, has become a popular hiking route in recent years and serves as a rest stop for the Caoling hiking trail. Climbing to the highest peak, Shibi Mountain, offers a view of distant mountains shrouded in mist, and if you're lucky, you might even encounter a dreamlike sea of clouds. You can start from the farthest hiking trail, walking along the Moso Bamboo Forest Trail, and then enter the Camphor Forest to experience the serene beauty of Shibi Mountain. Next, visit the Jiouqiong Sacred Tree to see a Jiouqiong tree that survived a devastating fire, or head to Shibi Fairy Valley to witness how the flowing stream has carved the rocks into a stunning canyon.
