Lai Nei Gong Yun Temple Introduction
Gongyun Temple, the center of worship in La Nei, Yunlin, is dedicated to the legendary general Zhao Zilong from the Three Kingdoms period. According to legend, the statue of the General was brought ashore from Budai Harbor over 180 years ago and eventually found its way to a Zheng family residence in La Nei for worship. In the 10th year of the Showa era, the temple was founded by the community, and an ancient plaque erected by devotees during that time still exists.
