Tianhu Temple Introduction
The main deity worshipped is Lord Li, the faith center of the villagers of Huayu. In the front left of the temple courtyard, there stands a flagpole with a斗座. Located in the northern part of the village, the temple faces south and is the largest temple on the island. It was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty and is dedicated to the founding deity, Lord Li. Currently, the main deity in the temple is Lord Lu, whose birthday falls on the sixteenth day of the eleventh lunar month.
