Dongli Station and Dongli Bike Station Introduction
Dongli Station, with an average of about 20 people entering and exiting each day, may seem unremarkable, but it is acclaimed as "the most beautiful station on the Mountain Line." Upon stepping onto the platform, visitors are captivated by the breathtaking scenery before them—an expanse of boundless green rice paddies. The small Dongli Station is surrounded by fields, and the spectacular rural landscape is awe-inspiring, drawing many tourists to visit. The Dongli Bicycle Station, formerly known as the old Dongli Station, is also the starting point of the Yufu Cycling Trail heading north. The vast countryside scenery on both sides makes it a must-visit stop for many cycling enthusiasts. The Dongli Bicycle Station retains the appearance of the early platform, and the retro atmosphere combined with the signature landscape of the Huadong Valley allows visitors to enjoy the beautiful rural scenery while biking. As the sun rises and sunlight pours over the rice fields, the lush green seedlings sway in the wind, waves of green rice sway into view, and with the changing seasons, the rice paddies shift from green to yellow, filling the air with the fragrance of rice.
