Fengshan Viewing Platform is located on the old road from Fengshan to Shehouping. It is described as "standing at the intersection of three counties with water from three rivers in hand." The viewing platform offers an expansive view, making it the best spot to gaze at the village of Fengshan and the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Near the parking area, you can enjoy a distant view of the Jiaolong Waterfall. During the rainy season, you can experience the majestic flow of the highest waterfall in Taiwan, Jiaolong Waterfall, cascading down. Walking up the stairs to the Fengshan Viewing Platform, you can look northwest where the Jiaolong River and Shigupan River intersect, then converge with the northern QianKeng River flowing into the QingShui River. After overlooking Fengshan Village from the viewing platform, you should further explore Fengshan, which has ten scenic spots: the Shipan Valley Waterfall group, Jiaolong Great Waterfall, granite waters, Meihua Ridge, Snake Tree Egg, Immortal Tree Rock, Dadianyu Waterfall, Qianren Cave, Immortal Dream Garden, and Shidream Valley. In addition to its natural beauty, you can also delve into the cultural scenery of Fengshan village.

By climbing the stairs to reach the Fengshan Viewing Platform, one can look northwest, where the Jiaolong Stream intersects with the Shigupan Stream, and the northern Gankeng Stream meets before flowing into the Qing Shui River. After gazing at Fengshan village from the viewing platform, it is recommended to explore deeper into Fengshan, which has ten scenic spots: Shipan Valley Waterfall Group, Jiaolong Waterfall, Granite Water Blue, Meihualing, Snake Tree Egg, Immortal Tree Hugging Rocks, Dadyan Waterfall, Qianren Cave, Immortal Dream Garden, and Shimong Valley.
