Dabang Visitor Center and Tsou Indigenous Culture Center Introduction
Located in the Dabang Village, the "Tsou Tribe Nature and Culture Center" aims to establish a brand new educational and cultural community center for the Dabang area. It will serve as an important venue for hosting the "Tsou Tribe Life Bean Festival," as well as community gatherings and ritual performances.
The exterior of the building incorporates the colors of traditional Tsou clothing and the architectural features of Kuba, reflecting the spirit of Tsou culture. Inside, the space includes an information desk, exhibition hall, and audio-visual briefing room, creating an immersive atmosphere through gamified interactive experiences, real artifacts in the collection room, and sculptures representing the Tsou village landscape, offering visitors a novel guided experience.
The Alishan National Scenic Area Administration has also set up a management station at the Tsou Tribe Nature and Culture Center to integrate and implement tourism industry efforts for the Tsou tribe, as well as ensure travel safety and provide tourism consultation services.
