Kaohsiung Big Bowl Ice Introduction
Da Wan Gong was established in 1995 and is famous both domestically and internationally for its "world's largest bowl of ice." It insists on using fresh and sweet fruits, traditional black sugar syrup made by following ancient methods, hygienically produced ice blocks, exquisite ingredients, and generous portions, which have garnered a loyal customer base over time. Currently, it offers a variety of products including diamond ice, fluffy ice, homemade soft grass jelly, handmade tofu pudding, as well as drinks and desserts. There are currently five company-operated locations spread throughout Kaohsiung City. In 2011, it was honored with the National Consumer's Excellent Product Gold Award, and in 2015, it was recognized as the number one brand in the ice dessert category in Taiwan.
