Kaohsiung Big Bowl Ice Introduction
Da Wan Gong was established in 1995 and is famous both domestically and internationally for its "world's largest bowl of shaved ice." They insist on using fresh and sweet fruits, traditional black sugar syrup, hygienic ice blocks, exquisite ingredients, and generous portions, which have accumulated a loyal customer base over the years. They currently offer diamond ice, fluffy ice, handmade grass jelly, handmade tofu pudding, beverages, and desserts. There are now five directly operated stores in Kaohsiung City. In 2011, they were awarded the Gold Medal for Excellent Consumer Products by the National Consumer Foundation, and in 2015, they were recognized as the top brand in Taiwan's ice dessert category.
