Wude Hall Introduction

Built in 1924, the Wude Temple (Zhenwu Hall) in Kaohsiung is the oldest and highest-ranking Wude Temple in Taiwan. Its Neo-classical red brick architecture, wall-mounted target motifs, and the entrance's unique gabled roof are truly impressive. Once a base embodying the spirit of martial prowess, the restored and revitalized Wude Temple is no longer just a martial arts training hall but has become a new hub for cultural exchange between Taiwan and Japan, inviting citizens and travelers to experience the Eastern charm within the historical context of Kaohsiung.
