Under the Umbrella Cafe Introduction
"Under the Umbrella Coffee" is located near the Shiyusan Recreational Area, at the entrance of the Shisan Bridge. The shop's colorful and playful sign often attracts passing travelers to stop by and take a break. Originally a roadside betel nut stand, the owner, a local Amis indigenous person, transformed the place into a coffee shop after returning home. As a coffee enthusiast herself, she renovated the space to create Under the Umbrella Coffee, aiming to provide a resting spot for tourists visiting Shiyusan. The small, semi-open coffee shop offers a range of beverages, including coffee and milk tea, along with simple snacks like thick toast and waffles. Friends visiting Shiyusan are warmly welcome!
