Umbrella Coffee Introduction
"Undercan Coffee" is located near the Shiyusan Recreation Area, at the head of the Shisan Bridge. Its whimsical and colorful sign often attracts passing travelers to stop and rest. The predecessor of "Undercan Coffee" was a small betel nut stall by the roadside, run by a local Amis woman. After returning home, and being a coffee enthusiast herself, she renovated the place to operate Undercan Coffee, aiming to provide a resting spot for visitors traveling to Shiyusan. The compact, semi-open café offers not only coffee and milk tea but also simple snacks such as thick toast and waffles. Friends visiting Shiyusan are welcome!
