Umbrella Coffee Introduction
"Under the Umbrella Coffee" is located near the Shiyusan Recreation Area, right by the Shisans Bridge. Its shop sign, featuring a playful and colorful design, often attracts passing travelers to stop and take a break. Originally a small betel nut stall, the female owner, an indigenous Amis person, returned home and, being a coffee enthusiast herself, renovated the space to run Under the Umbrella Coffee. She aims to provide a resting place for tourists visiting Shiyusan. The quaint, semi-open café offers not only coffee and milk tea but also simple snacks like thick toast and pancakes. Friends visiting Shiyusan are warmly welcome!
