Umbrella Coffee Introduction
"Under the Umbrella Coffee" is located near the Shiyusan Recreation Area, at the entrance to Shiyusan Bridge. Its colorful and playful sign often attracts passing travelers to stop and rest. Originally a small betel nut stand, the female owner is a local Amis tribal member. After returning home and being a coffee enthusiast herself, she renovated the place to run Under the Umbrella Coffee. The goal is to provide a resting spot for tourists visiting Shiyusan. This cozy, semi-open café offers not only coffee and milk tea but also simple snacks like thick toast and waffles. Friends visiting Shiyusan are welcome to stop by!
