Meishan Station Introduction

The East Coast is favored by many cyclists for its beautiful scenery. The establishment of "rest areas" serves to support the large community of cycling enthusiasts by providing places for supplies, rest, dining, and bike repairs along the coast. The Meishan Rest Area is located in the same place as the Taitung County Chenggong Township Agricultural Cooperative Exhibition Center, nestled between the mountains and the sea. Every spring, the Agricultural Cooperative holds the Chenggong Flower Sea event, showcasing beautiful flowers alongside creative driftwood installation art, giving tourists traveling along the East Coast another spot to enjoy. Additionally, the Meishan Rest Area features a three-story viewing pavilion, offering different perspectives of the Sanxiantai landscape, making it one of the best-kept secrets for appreciating the East Coast scenery.

Transportation Methods：Northbound: Take the Longping or Jingpu routes from Taitung Train Station, or the Hualien Express Bus service to Dingdong and Hualien, and get off at Meishan Station. Southbound: Take the Hualien Express Bus service to Taitung and other locations from Hualien Train Station, and get off at Meishan Station.
