Izu Gourmet Pavilion Introduction
Located in front of the Izu Hot Springs Pavilion, the restaurant has two floors. The first floor features private rooms, a conference room, and karaoke facilities, suitable for meetings, banquets, and singing events. The second floor offers elegant seating, accommodating approximately 200 diners. It has been rated as a smoke-free restaurant by the Taichung City Health Bureau, ensuring a refined and hygienic dining environment. The second floor’s seating area is bright and spacious, providing diners with a view of the natural beauty of Gu Guan while enjoying their meals. The menu focuses on Taiwanese cuisine, seafood, and local mountain delicacies. Recommended specialty dishes include rainbow trout and sturgeon, prepared by steaming, in soups, or grilled—all delicious and flavorful. Additionally, a la carte and set menu options are available.
