Izu Gourmet Hall Introduction
Located in front of Izu Hot Spring Pavilion, the restaurant has two floors. The first floor features private rooms, a briefing room, and karaoke, suitable for meetings, banquets, and singing. The second floor has elegant seating and can accommodate approximately 200 diners. Rated as a non-smoking restaurant by the Taichung County Health Bureau, it offers a clean and elegant dining environment; the second floor is bright and spacious, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty of Guguan while dining. The cuisine focuses on Taiwanese dishes, seafood, and local mountain delicacies. Special recommended dishes include rainbow trout and sturgeon.
