Izu Gourmet Pavilion Introduction
Located in front of the Izu Hot Springs Conference Center, this restaurant has two floors. The first floor features private rooms, a presentation room, and karaoke, making it suitable for meetings, banquets, and singing. The second floor has elegant seating and can accommodate around 200 diners. It has been rated a smoke-free restaurant by the Taichung City Health Bureau, providing a clean and elegant dining environment; the bright and spacious second floor allows diners to enjoy the natural beauty of Gu Guan while eating. The menu primarily focuses on Taiwanese cuisine, seafood, and local mountain delicacies. Recommended specialties include rainbow trout and sturgeon.
