Izu Gourmet Hall Introduction
Located in front of Izu Hot Spring Pavilion, the restaurant has two floors. The first floor features private rooms, a conference room, and karaoke facilities, suitable for meetings, banquets, and singing. The second floor has elegant seating that can accommodate approximately 200 diners. The Taichung City Government Health Bureau rates it as a smoke-free restaurant, offering a clean and elegant dining environment; the second-floor seating is bright and spacious, allowing diners to enjoy the natural beauty of Gu Guan while eating. The menu focuses on Taiwanese cuisine, seafood, and local mountain delicacies. Special recommended dishes include rainbow trout and sturgeon. Steamed, soup, and grilled dishes are all delicious.
