Izu Gourmet Hall Introduction
Located in front of the Idu Hot Spring Pavilion, the restaurant has two floors. The first floor includes private rooms, a presentation room, and karaoke facilities, suitable for meetings, banquets, and singing. The second floor features elegant seating that can accommodate approximately 200 diners. The Taichung County Health Bureau has rated it as a smoke-free restaurant, ensuring an elegant and hygienic dining environment; the second floor is bright and spacious, allowing diners to enjoy the natural beauty of Guguan while eating. The menu focuses on Taiwanese cuisine, seafood, and local mountain delicacies. Special recommended dishes include rainbow trout and sturgeon, prepared by steaming, in soups, or grilled, all delicious.
