Guguan Dadao Yuan Introduction
This temple is located 25 kilometers along the Central Cross-Island Highway, surrounded by mountains with a serene landscape. It features a Northern Chinese-style temple architecture that is solemn and elegant. The main hall is the Wujie Great Treasure Hall, with the Lingxiao Great Treasure Hall on the dragon side and the Ziwei Great Treasure Hall on the tiger side. The Wujie Great Treasure Hall dedicates itself to the worship of the Wujie Hunyuan San Sheng Da Tianzun, the Wujie Yaochi Jinmu Da Tianzun, as well as the leaders of the Three Teachings and the Three Pure Ones, and other deities; the Lingxiao Great Treasure Hall venerates the Jade Emperor (Yuhuang Dazun), the Supreme Emperor of the Mysterious Vault, and other celestial beings; the Ziwei Great Treasure Hall honors the Lord of the Ten Thousand Stars, the North Polar Ziwei Emperor, and other star deities. To facilitate visitors, there is a self-service vegetarian restaurant and accommodation Zen rooms available; registration for lodging requires the presentation of an identification document.
