Lao Xi Beef Noodle Soup Introduction
This restaurant is currently the oldest beef noodle shop in Huwei Township, with a history of over 40 years. It was started by the first-generation owner, Mr. Xi Fengyi, who researched the cooking methods for beef noodles and passed them down to the second-generation owner, Ms. Xi Biqing, who has made improvements. The restaurant is known for its delicious, affordable, and generously sized bowls, making it a favorite among nearby university students. Whether it’s the beef noodles or the braised rice and fried rice, all dishes provide a satisfying portion. The owner says, "As long as you come to our restaurant for a meal, you won’t leave hungry!" Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, and the ingredients are always fresh, cooked and served on the spot.
