Tianzhong Bian Shi Noodles Introduction
"田中麵攤," located at the corner across from the township office, has a history that has entered its third generation. The stall sells "Bian Shi Noodles," where both the noodles and the bian shi are unique. The noodles resemble ultra-fine handmade noodles, with a texture slightly thicker than vermicelli, while the "bian shi" is filled primarily with pork and shallots, exuding an aroma reminiscent of traditional lard. In addition to "bian shi noodles," the cylindrical rice cake here is also made following traditional methods and is worth a try. Specialties: Bian Shi Noodles, Rice Cake
