Shih's Lamb Soup Introduction
Shi's Lamb has been operating in the Guiren Public Market for over forty years and is a well-established snack stall. The lamb dishes offered are simple, with fresh and substantial cuts of meat. The restaurant's signature Dong Quai Lamb Soup features a unique broth that is rich and brewed with a proprietary formula of various Chinese herbs, resulting in a sweet, non-greasy, and smooth taste that is widely favored by customers. Additionally, lamb noodles, rice vermicelli, and fried rice cooked with traditional ingredients are also quite popular. Shi's Lamb was certified by the Nanying Food Association in 2008 and was selected as a Master of Taiwan Markets by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, recognized as a "Luminary Stall." In 2010, it also received a three-star rating as a Happy Market stall from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, becoming the only three-star market stall in Tainan County, showcasing the strength of this established lamb stall.
